So what’s the problem? Everyone is fine with the way we communicate, why should that be changed. As much as it seems everything is fine in the way we communicate in the 21st century, It is not fine.

The world is going borderless. With the help of the internet, you can have hundreds of online friends and speak to them as you please. Yes, several conversations are happening both physically and online. But how many of these conversations resonate with you on an emotional level?. Most conversations are question and answer sessions and do not really connect with you as a person, for who you are. Even social media has become more media than social.

Also, the world is filled with a lot of biases like race, looks, religion, and sexuality. These biases hinder the way people interact with us and vice versa. Thousands of great conversations never happen because people get judgemental of others from the get-go.

So the “borderless” world is still filled with borders…

Do you ever get the feeling where you have soooo much to say? But you would rather speak to someone new, someone who won’t judge you or someone you may never even hear from after the conversation. Basically a stranger but a carefully picked stranger who gets you. Someone who listens and forms the right connection with you and your story. Where you can be YOU, no pretense, and just be heard. That’s why Bumpchats was created. In 2020, a few awesome people (Yes, we will call ourselves that 😉) came together to develop Bumpchats, a mobile application for the love of great conversations. An application that allows you to have conversations with people who match your vibe and you won’t be judged for who you are.

Now that you are here, you must be wondering Why Bumpchats? considering the number of apps available to have conversations. The real question is Why not Bumpchats?

You meet tons of people every day so would you be matched with random people to have conversations with? Nope, that’s boring😴. We connect you with people who match your personality (We have a system in place to identify this). What is even cooler is we also put your mood into consideration when matching you. Once you open the app, you tell us how you are feeling and we use this to match you with someone else whose mood fits yours. No other app does it better than we do!

• Create your own identity

In a world full of stereotypes from looks, gender, culture, and so on, Bumpchats creates a room without bias. Conversations are strictly audio so you don’t have to worry about your looks (We also know audio convos are way cooler and can pass more emotions). You create an identity of your choice by picking any name you want. Who says you can’t be Queen Bey or CR7. You can be anything and anyone you have always wanted to be.

• Get to know more about yourself

Bumpchats app has included exercises that helps you know more about yourself. How do you find someone who connects with you, if you don’t even know you? We help you discover yourself in ways you never knew existed. The results from these exercises help us find people who connect with you better.

There are over 7 billion people in the world today. We see no reason why you can’t talk to someone who matches your vibe even if they are miles away. You are a click away from speaking to them no matter their location.
